What is Resilience?
Resilience is the ability to recover quickly from difficulties, involving emotional regulation, optimism, adaptability, and a positive outlook. It’s the key to overcoming life’s unexpected challenges, enabling us to stay strong and positive no matter what life throws our way. High resilience allows people to handle stress, adapt to changes, and keep moving forward despite setbacks.
True Resilience
True resilience is not about maintaining a stiff upper lip or swallowing emotions. It involves recognising and feeling negative emotions while still taking action to protect and heal oneself. Resilient individuals understand their feelings as part of their emotional guidance system and…
